Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Evidentia Intelligence account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete from the mobile app (fastest)

1. Open the Evidentia app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account in the "Delete account" section.
4. Confirm by entering your account password.

Your account is deactivated and deleted immediately, and you are signed out on every device.

Don't have the app? Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@clearstepdigital.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership of the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically far sooner).

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we immediately and permanently:

• Deactivate the account so it can never be signed into again.
• Remove your email address and password from the account record (they are anonymised), freeing your email for future re-registration.
• Revoke all active sign-in sessions and mobile app tokens.
• Delete your personal content: saved formulas, outcome history, cases, generated reports, and any feedback you submitted.
• Cancel any active paid subscription so you are not billed again.

What we may retain

For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes we may keep a minimal, anonymised account record and security/audit logs, along with billing records we are legally required to retain. These do not contain your email, password, symptoms, notes, or report contents.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

App Store subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple-managed subscription. Manage or cancel it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
